Yvonne Park is the Founder and CEO of y’s partners, a governance advisory firm that helps family offices and corporations achieve long-term, sustainable prosperity while addressing complex societal challenges through multidimensional, execution-focused support. She serves as a go-to counsel for leaders navigating complex governance and reputation issues.

For over 20 years, Ms. Park led the Korea office of global communications consultancy FleishmanHillard, advising business and civic leaders in high‑stakes situations involving public affairs, stakeholder engagement, crisis management, and reputation strategy. She is widely recognized for her work on management succession, governance enhancement, and major shareholder disputes.

Earlier in her career, she worked in marketing and business development for a European company and gained international experience in magazine and music production in Tokyo in the early 1990s.

Ms. Park has served on several government advisory bodies, including the Presidential Committee on Government Innovation and Decentralization, the Presidential Council on National competitiveness, and the Attorney Disciplinary Committee of the Ministry of Justice, and has served on the boards such as Women Corporate Directors (WCD) Korea, the Korea Safety Health Environment (SHE) Foundation, and The Beautiful Foundation.

She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University in Seoul and an M.A. in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin. She received the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Yonsei Female Alumni Association and Yonsei School of Business in 2018 and was honored by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2020 for her contributions to advancing “Glass Ceiling Act,” which expanded women’s representation on corporate boards.
